This Agreement is between You (“Purchaser”, “you”, “you”) and Charting Dreams (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Personal Use Only

All digital art and products purchased from Charting Dreams are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use any of our products in any works other then for personal use. This includes using any of the artwork in products that you create and sell.

Intellectual Property

All digital art products are the intellectual property of Charting Dreams. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, and any unauthorized use of our products is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Charting Dreams is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that Charting Dreams will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Charting Dreams. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

No Refunds or Warranties

All sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is completed. Additionally, our digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Obtaining materials available through this site is at your discretion and at your own risk.

No Guarantees

Company does not guarantees that products will create results, such as personal, financial or business gains of any product(s) purchased by the purchaser.

Sales Tax

Should any sales and/ or tax be imposed on any part of your purchase, such tax will be collected from the purchaser, “you”, and remitted by the company, “Charting Dreams”. All Sales taxes will be included in the checkout.

Information Collected
Your state information included in the checkout process will be saved in order to track sales tax information in order to be in compliance with state and local tax laws. This information will not be sold and is only used for tax purposes.
